Wanna know what's happening in my life now and what we planned so far...

We opened a savings account yesterday for both of us...nope we are not going to withdraw any amount from this account only when the time is right!

Last week, we applied for a flat. Well, actually i am not a choosy or picky type of person. I am pretty trifle with my decisions especially when dealing with something important. Compromising. I tend to agree with whatever choices or plans that bf has made as I think that it is a lot easier for the benefits of both of us! Our thinking is always about what happens in the future and when we start a family.

Of all choices, we applied a 4 room flat in Hougang Parkedge. Why? Location is our first priority. In case if we need help, we are still close to both of our parents' places. Especially when we need to go to work and have our parents to take care of the kids. Insyallah! Next would be the facilities around, like transportation, mosque, school/childcares, clinic, markets. And what's exciting is our place will be located near Punggol Park and hopefully we will get a unit facing the Punggol Park! I bet it'll be windy and a nice view at night! Third, pricing! Our plan is to stay in this house as long as we can as houses here are not cheap anymore and it will take us ages to complete paying a house! For me, shifting houses are not neccessary as it will add on more years to complete the payment! 4 room flat in Parkedge is much cheaper than the Punggol Waterways. Both are the same at 93 sqm floor area. I think we have made the right choice and do du'a for us for the results end of this month! Amin!
