Weight Management or Crash Diet?
As you can see on the subject of this post. I will share a little about my personal life. I am not going to share with you guys the whole story simply because, I am so lazy to type. Maybe, you can also find some tips in this post. Heh!

Weight Management. Very sensitive topic to talk about. Girls, I am sure you don't like when boys call you fat? Or people make fun of your bulging stomach, your bum, your thighs? Or you can't wear what you like - you have to find clothes that are loose so that you can hide your fats underneath? I feel the same way too and right now I still am feeling a little self-conscious.

I still remember when I was in Primary School, we had our health checks usually every quarter if i'm not wrong. My mum was called down to school because I was underweight. Sometimes, my grandma will scream at me for not eating and always playing with my neighbours. Sometimes, she would put chilli on my mouth until my lips burnt. Haha! As I get older, my mum made sure that I have proper meals. She will cook nice food and there's always food in the fridge. I gained weight and gained, gained and gained until I bloated! Thereafter, my weight was not stable. My weight was going up and down tremendously. And I still cannot maintain even though I lost a lot of kilos. My weight will increase and kept increasing.

Things that make me gain weight - I've got to say Number 1, my big appetite - eating became my habit. Even when I am not hungry, I can still eat when I see food or munch on junk food. Number 2 would be my shift work. I realized that I get hungry too fast on night shifts. Maybe because, I want to keep myself awake? I still remember on one of the night shift duty. I ate mixed rice for dinner and after that,I ate one McD's Fillet O Fish Meal for late supper!

About almost 3 months ago, my weight was double! I was at 62kg! Unbelievable! That was probably the heaviest I have been so far in my life. I didn't thought that I can reach that digit. What more? I'm standing only at 153cm and I look as round as a ball, a hippo or whatever you want to call it. Haha! Then I realized that I should do something about it because I've got to stay healthy! So after about 3 months, I lost 7kg!! I am proud to say I am 55kg today!! And I am still working on it to get my ideal weight!

My diet is very simple indeed! I will try to avoid as much carbohydrates as possible especially rice and bread! I will still eat the carbs sometimes because, you still need carbs to burn the carbs. If you know what I mean? You do not have to stress yourself until you cannot eat everything. Well, I still enjoy my meals 3 times a day, I still eat KFC because KFC is my favorite fast food! I still have french fries! But, McD is a BIG NO NO! Make sure you have a proper breakfast. For lunch and dinner, cut down on the portion. Like me, most of the time I avoid rice but I eat the dishes only. If I feel like eating rice, I will only take like 1-2 tablespoon of rice. Strictly 3 meals per day and no snacks in between. I drink lots and lots of water instead of sweet drinks. I do take snacks like 1 chocolate, 1 ice cream or 1 slice of cake per week or sometimes 2 weeks just to satisfy my cravings! And I eat fruits or vegetables for my digestion. It is as simple as that! When I went to Bangkok or P.D. for a vacation, I ate a lot! I also need a break sometimes! I ate what I want and I enjoyed my food like my other friends too. But, I never gained! Simply because, I did not take in carbohydrates! I would have lost a few more kilos if I had exercise right?

But, I am still happy with the results!!!
