Mr ______ has been complaining about noise pollution in our resort and constantly changing from rooms to rooms. Well, as far as i could remember since 2 weeks ago? He's due out later but throughout he has been extending his stay indefinitely. He refused to speak to us, but the Duty Manager and just recently, he wants to speak to the Hotel Manager instead. Most funny thing is, now he wants to stay in Crockfords Tower. Hahaha.
