What's Hauté XXX

I couldn't sleep last night. Nervous lor... But i totally had fun during today's orientation. It was an enjoyable one. And i did not find it boring or feel like sleeping halfway through especially after lunch. You know when you're full, you tend to get sleepy all that sort of stuffs. I don't even need to pop sweets in my mouth the whole day. The first reason why i am not sleepy after one whole night of not sleeping is because, i was concentrating. Second, the events eg. the recreational club etc got me excited. And thirdly, the environment with colleagues though they are from higher posts, and a lot of them are older than me, makes me feel confident to step up the plate.

So let me tell you what i did today for my orientation. Module 1, we were introduced about income (understanding of co-operatives, vision & mission, getting to know the leaders, IT, payday etc). Had tea break and that was when we get to explore the facilities, staffs' lounge complete with internet access and library,other rooms & the sceneries outside. Module 2 - Culture & Values, they divided us into different groups. I keep on changing my seats you know. I don't even know where my handbook, my file and my handbag was. All got thrown all over the places. Hehe. There were also few activities made for us. We had to discuss and present about the desired behaviours to adopt and avoid. We also had drawings about the past, present and future of the income. Afterwhich, we had our photo taking sessions. My first day of work sounds good isn't it? I am a happy girl today. Hopefully the days will pass by smoothly for me. I need to take a long hot bath and go take some rest for my second day orientation tomorrow!
