Second day of orientation went well. Income has been soooo generous to us. Module 3 - Briefed through the induction program, e-learning and everything. Module 4 - Professional Excellence, The code of conduct & ethics, Compliance - Whistle-Blowing (no, it's not blowing the whistle) and lastly, Anti-Money Laundering. I am not in the financial department neither in the front line. Some info to those who already know where is my workplace. Back to the financial thingy, it still applies to my department. It's tough but i'd love to gain more knowledge.After all the lectures, we made a tour to tampines contact centre. It was fun. Can't wait to do the actual work tomorrow!
